About Kyong

My grandson Malaki (3yrs) and me making healthy biscuits.

I am from Seoul, Korea.  I am married and have one daughter and a grandson.  My husband's name is Larry, my daughter 's name is Christina and my grandson's name is Malaki.  I met Larry while he was stationed in Korea with the U.S. Army.  I left my homeland in 1982 and came to the United States after Larry and I was married.

I am currently a housewife and I live in Mena, Arkansas.  I love being a housewife, taking care of my family and cooking for them.  Most of my time is spent in the kitchen cooking healthy dishes for my family.  My husband weight has dropped from 240 to 165, he dropped his cholesterol from 244 to 140 and has lowered his blood sugar to under 90 due to the healthy dishes.  I love to experiment by making new recipes.  I also love to garden, work in my yard, and work for the Lord.  Gardening makes me really appreciate the true wonder of God.

Why did I become a vegan vegetarian?

GOD opened my eyes in 1999 by helping me understand the scripture of Genesis 1:29 "God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food (Grains, Seeds, Legumes, Vegetables, Fruits, and Nuts.)"

Before that I ate everything that was harmful to my body. I suffered from ulcers, allergies, low blood pressure, and all kinds of other health problems because of my eating habit. GOD fully restored and repaired my broken body in 6 months because I fully obeyed GOD's Health Message. I have not been sick and my allergies, ulcers, and low blood pressure have disappeared (Praise the Lord!).  I am very healthy, happy, and energetic.

I was so excited about what God did for me, that I just had to share it with everyone.  The Holy Spirit strongly inspired me that I needed to start teaching people how to cook healthy.  I have given numerous cooking classes in the U.S.  I have had the opportunity to go to Three Angels Broadcasting Network where I gave my personal testimony with my husband and have taped several cooking shows on Let's Cook Together and 3ABN Today.  I have also taped several cooking shows on Rich Mountain Community College TV station in Mena, Arkansas.  I love working with children and sharing the Health Message with them.  I have given several cooking classes to these precious little ones too.

GOD can do wonderful things to people who listen and obey HIM. I was so excited about this wonderful news and that I just had to share it with everyone. This was my main reason for starting my health ministry.

My goal is to help everyone overcome their suffering from sickness, poor diet, and to introduce them to our Loving Saviour Jesus Christ.  I thank God that He is using me to serve people.  I sincerely give God all the credit, because all my knowledge and wisdom comes from Him.

May GOD richly bless those that follow GOD's Health Message.

Taste and see that the Lord is good.
Oh, the joys of those who trust in him!
(Psalm 34:8)
