5 cups broccoli, cut in 1"
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup water
1 tsp sea salt
1 TBS lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 oz pimentos or 1/2 red bell pepper
2 TBS nutritional yeast flakes
Steam broccoli for 5-10 minutes. Blend remaining ingredients for 2 minutes. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over broccoli and garnish with fresh or dried parsley.



1 12 oz oriental style noodle (clear noodle)
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
5 whole green onions, cut 1" size
1 cup spinach, cut 1" size (optional)
1 cup gluten, sliced
2 TBS soy sauce powder or soy sauce to taste
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 TBS yeast flakes
1/2 TBS onion powder
1 TBS sesame seed
1 1/2 TBS turbinado sugar
Put noodle in the boiling water and set aside for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain. Cut noodle into edible length. Drop 1 TBS canola oil in the heated pan, and saute onion, green onions, spinach, carrot, and gluten. In a large bowl, mix noodle, vegetable mixtures, and remaining ingredients. Mix them well with hand. Serve as cold or you can refry in the wok with 2 TBS canola or olive oil.


Job Chai

2 1/2 cups soaked seaweed
3 whole green onions, shredded
1/2 onion, shredded
1/2 carrot, shredded
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 fresh garlic clove, chopped
2 TBS nutritional yeast flakes
5 TBS lemon juice
2 1/2 TBS turbinado sugar
1 TBS sesame seeds
Mix them all together thoroughly with hands. (This dish is high in Protein, Iron, Calcium, and B complex. Very delicious!)

2 cups soaked soybeans
2 cups water
3 cups rolled oats
2 onions, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
4 TBS soy sauce(unfermented)
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes

Blend soy beans and water (1 cup at a time). Pour into bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Let stand for 15 minutes. In a medium heat oiled skillet, drop 1/3 cup measure per patty. Flatten with turner. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Very Delicious. Makes 24 patties.

Soybean patties


1 - 16 oz firm tofu, frozen, thawed
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TBS soy sauce, unfermented
1/2 cup soymilk
1/4 tsp sea salt

Freeze tofu with container. Thaw completely and let water drain and pat dry. Divide the four portions and slice 1/4" thick. In a small bowl, mix with bread crumbs, whole wheat flour, and nutritional yeast flakes. In another small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Dip the sliced tofu in the liquid mixture and coat with dry mixture. Cook in a oiled skillet until golden brown. Yummy!

Tofu nuggets


3 c soy milk
3 c quick oats
1/2 c unbleached white flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 c turbinado sugar or Agave nectar
4 T canola oil
1 tsp vanilla

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Cook in hot waffle iron until golden brown. Cook approximately 7-8 minutes. Delicious!

Delicious Waffles


2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 T Ener-G baking powder
1/4 c turbinado sugar
1 c water
1 c soy milk
1/4 c canola oil
1 tsp vanilla

Mix whole wheat flour, sea salt, Ener-G baking powder, & turbinado sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add water, soy milk, canola oil & vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Lightly oil skillet and heat on medium high. When hot, pour 1/2 cup portion of batter onto skillet. Spread with bottom of measuring cup. Reduce heat to low medium. Flipping over when edges are cooked. Pancakes should be a nice golden brown. Delicious!

Whole wheat pancakes


1 T olive oil
1 carrot, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped
2 whole green onions, chopped
1/2 c walnut gluten or any veggie meat, diced
1 T additional olive oil
2 c cooked brown rice
1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 T soy sauce, unfermented
2 T nutritional yeast flakes

In a heated large skillet, add 1 T olive oil. Saute carrot, onion, celery, parsley, green onions, and walnut gluten until tender and crispy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Fry few more minutes. Very delicious.


Recipe 08 



2 c water
1/4 c soy sauce, unfermented
1 T canola oil or olive oil
1 T turbinado sugar
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 T nutritional yeast flakes
2 c quick oats
1/2 c pecan meal

Combine all ingredients except quick oats and pecan meal in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add oatmeal and pecan meal. Cook until thickens. Cool it completely. Shape the patties with dampened hands. Drop olive oil in a hot skillet on medium heat. Cook patties on both sides until golden brown. Use as sandwich filling or serve with gravy. Freezes well. Very Delicious!


Recipe 07


1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
1 pkg tofu, firm, Mori-Nu silken
1/3 c carob powder
1/2 c turbinado sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth & creamy. Pour into small containers. Freeze them. Thaw in a microwave oven for 30-45 seconds. Stir well before serve. You may use this mixture for an ice cream maker. In this picture, I use an ice cream maker. Very delicious.
