ZUCCHINI PATTIES

1 zucchini, slice 1/8” thin

Unbleached white flour

sea salt

1 recipe of Wet Batter Mix (see below)

WET BATTER MIX:

1 c unbleached white flour

¼ c wheat germ

½ tsp sea salt

1 ½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

1 T nutritional yeast flakes

½ T Ener-G baking powder

1 ¼ c water

Slice zucchini in 1/8” thin. Put single layer on a plate and sprinkle sea salt on zucchini on both sides. Set it aside.

Wet Batter Mix: Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Zucchini Patties: Coat zucchini with unbleached white flour and dip into wet batter mix. Cook on an oil frying pan on both sides until golden brown. Delicious!

 

GREEN ONION PATTIES

2 ½ c green onions, cut 1” long

½ c unbleached white flour

1 T wheat germ

½ tsp sea salt

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

1 ½ T nutritional yeast flakes

½ c water

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. In an oiled heated skillet, scoop ¼ cup portion and flatten. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Yummy!

 

GARBANZO PATTIES

½ c soaked garbanzo beans

¾ c water

1 c quick oats

¼ c chopped walnuts

½ med onion, minced

½ tsp sage

½ tsp garlic powder

1 T soy sauce, unfermented

1 T nutritional yeast flakes

Blend garbanzo beans and water. Remove to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix with spoon. Drop from 1/3 cup measure to form patties on an oil heated skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Very Delicious!
