God opened the door for the first time in November 2005.  I was invited to tape 5 cooking programs for "Let's Cook Together".

This is the kitchen located upstairs from the studios used for 3ABN Today Cooking Show

This is where I prepare all the ingredients for my Cooking Shows, chopping, measuring, cooking for finished products and also this is where my husband washes all the dirty dishes and pot & pans that I dirty up on the set.  Thanks a million honey!

I had prayed to God for a year and a half asking Him to please open a door at 3ABN, so that I could have the opportunity to teach and educate His people on His Health Message.

Then one day I received a phone call from 3ABN asking if I would be interested in coming up to tape some cooking programs.  I was so excited and shocked because I had been praying for so long.

Barbara and me in the "Let's Cook Together" kitchen

I am preparing to tape a cooking show for "Let's Cook Together" with my friend Barbara.  I really had a wonderful time during the taping of these cooking shows.  I had so much fun with Barbara and we really became good friends because of this.  I appreciated all the support that she gave me and she even enjoyed all the food that I prepared.  What a blessing.

God does answer prayers, but He does it at His time and according to His will.  I am truly thankful that God is in charge of my life.

God blessed me a second time in June 2006.  I was invited back to 3ABN to tape another cooking program for "3ABN Today" and to give my personal testimony on "3ABN Today" with my husband.

This is 3ABN's Today's Studio

I am here with my husband Larry and my very good friend Shelly Quinn who is 3ABN's New Program Manager

The visits to 3ABN are so wonderful because I get the chance to meet so many kind, wonderful and sweet people who really Love the Lord.

Jill and me in the 3ABN Kitchen

I am preparing to tape a 3ABN Today Cooking Show with my friend Jill, who I really enjoy cooking with.  We have so much fun doing these shows and I appreciate everything that she does for me.  Besides that she really likes my food (Ha)!

By the wonderful Grace of God, I was invited back to 3ABN to do another cooking program on August 7, 2006.   I taped a cooking program on "3ABN Today" with my special and dear friend Jill Morikone.  I really enjoyed my visit and it was so good to meet all my dear friends again.  3ABN is a special place to me and I thank God for allowing me the opportunity to work for Him at this Holy place.

Jill and I in the kitchen having a great time during the program

Jill and I are preparing to show everyone how to make Korean Egg Rolls.  We had such fun doing this program.  I am so comfortable cooking with Jill.  I love cooking with her and have become very close friends.  I am thankful that God has provided me with such a great person and a Christian lady to work with!

God has truly blessed me again with another opportunity to go back to 3ABN.  I was invited to do another cooking program on June 25, 2007 on 3ABN Today with my wonderful friend Jill Morikone.  I really enjoy cooking with Jill, because she really makes me feel comfortable and special.  I truly love visiting 3ABN.  I also love seeing all of my dear friends.  3ABN is and always will be special to me!

Jill and I with all the finished products from the cooking show.  I really had a wonderful time and was truly blessed that everything went so well.  God was in total control of the program and I praise Him for all the help that He provided.

I was blessed by God for the opportunity to tape another program at 3ABN on December 17, 2007.  My Husband and I departed for 3ABN on the morning of December 14, 2007.  We always go a few days early in order to have time to prepare for the program and it also allows us the opportunity to worship with the Thompsonville SDA Church.  We were looking forward to going this time, because the church was going to have their annual Christmas Agape Supper and a special Candlelight Communion Service on Friday night.

We were heading for 3ABN that morning and had made it safely to Little Rock, Arkansas when in seconds everything changed.  Within seconds everything went from a peaceful and safe journey to swerving cars, smoking tires, and bent metal.  We were enjoying a safe trip and the next thing we knew we were on the shoulder of the road dazed and terrified.  We were involved in an accident that we could not avoid.  For some unknown reason the cars in front of us just slammed on their brakes and it started a chain reaction.  Everyone was trying to avoid hitting the person in front of them.  My husband missed hitting the car in front of him, but hit a truck who had came to a stop on the shoulder of the road.  We were both dazed, frighten, and confused, but glad to be alive.  My husband said that things did not look good.  He was not sure what condition our truck was in and wasn’t sure if it would make it to 3ABN.  He thought that we should return home and cancel our trip, just to be on the safe side.  I told him that if that is what he thought we should do, then that was alright with me.  We stopped for gas and while my husband was doing that, I started praying for God’s will to be done and not ours.  My husband got into the truck and as we pulled out he headed not back to home, but towards 3ABN.  He said that the Holy Spirit had asked him if he was going to let the devil get the victory, or was he going to trust in God and go forward.  I knew that my prayer was answered when he said that.  As we drove we just couldn’t stop thanking our Saviour Jesus Christ enough for what had just happen.  We knew that if it was not for our loving Jesus, the whole ordeal could have been much worse.  He was right there in the middle of everything that was taking place.  We have Him to thank, because we were alive, shaken up, but alive!  Our truck didn’t look very good and the aerodynamics was messed up, but praise the Lord, we made it to 3ABN.

We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Agape Supper and special Candlelight Communion Service that Friday evening with the Thompsonville SDA Church.  What a way to start the Sabbath.  The church services the next day spiritually touched us as Pastor Lomacang delivered a powerful and blessed sermon.  The Spirit of God was truly in that place.

I did tape another cooking program on 3ABN Today with my dear friend Jill Morikone.  It was a blessing to do the program with her.  I really had a great time and the program went so well.  I truly thank everyone for all that they did for me during the program.  The Spirit of God was truly in that place on that day!  God is a wonderful Father and He is so special to me!  It was so wonderful to see and visit all of our friends during this time.  We had a great time and had a safe trip home (Praise the Lord)!

Jill and I preparing to show a recipe while taping Let's Cook Together.  These programs are so much fun for me, because I get to share so much nutritional information with the whole world.  I just want to try and help everyone that is suffering with poor health and if I can reach out to them through 3ABN, then Praise the Lord!  I cannot thank my God enough for this opportunity.

God was kind enough to open the doors at 3ABN again and I was able to go back to tape six programs for "Let's Cook Together" on March 31 and April 2, 2008 with my dear friend Jill Morikone.  We had a very nice time, the programs went smoothly, and we got to meet some new friends on our visit.  We always receive a blessing when we visit 3ABN.  I thank God for the many opportunities that He has given me to go and tape at His wonderful ministry.  I have been able to reach and touch many people, because of His kindness towards me.  I Love Him so much and I give Him all the Glory and Honor, because He truly does deserve it.

Me and my husband after we taped Good Home Cooking.  We had a very nice time working together and had a lot of fun.  We look forward to doing it again in the near future.  We are so glad that this program touched so many wonderful people.  Thank you for all your calls and encouragement that you sent our way.  We love hearing from all very much!

By the Grace of God and by His Mercies I was able to go back to 3ABN on September 12, 2008 to tape another cooking program for 3ABN Today Program entitled “Good Home Cooking“. The program was taped on September 15, 2008 and everything went very well, thanks to God. This program was so special to me because my husband was on the program with me. We both had a wonderful time cooking together and enjoyed the opportunity to work together in the 3ABN kitchen.

We arrived safely on September 12, 2008 by God’s Grace. We worshipped Sabbath Day with the Thompsonville SDA Church and was truly blessed by the Sabbath School class given by Mollie Steenson and by the message in worship from Pastor John Lomacang. You could feel that the sweet Holy Spirit was in the church and was touching the lips of the presenters and Pastor Lomacang that morning. We had a wonderful fellowship meal and then spent the evening with some dear friends, Ozzie and Resa, at their home in Marion, IL. It was truly a wonderful Sabbath Day and was really blessed by everything that the Lord allowed us to.

We woke up on Sunday morning to some rain and wind. We had to go shopping that morning for our cooking supplies that we would need for our program. We had our devotional that morning and for some reason, we found out later why, my husband read Psalm 46.

We departed for the Wal-Mart in Benton, IL and as we were driving the rain and the wind started to get stronger. We arrived in town and turned toward the Wal-Mart and the sky did not look very good at all. It was so dark and ugly and the rain was coming down sideways, because the wind was really blowing. We found out later that it was about 80 miles per hour and maybe stronger.

We arrived at the store and made our way to the door, to find out that they were closed because the storm had knocked out their electricity. We could barely walk because of the force of the wind and rain and I lost my umbrella and almost myself when the wind just ripped it out of my hands.

We got back in our truck a little dazed, frighten and wet. We were not sure what to do because the conditions had turned so bad so fast. You can bet that we were praying for a miracle. A shopping cart that was lose hit our truck and it scared us to death. My husband said that we had to do something. He felt that it was too dangerous to just sit there. We took off not knowing what to do or where to go.

We had to get our supplies some how or else we could not do our show. The weather was really terrible at this time. My husband suggested that we go to West Frankfurt, IL to a Kroger’s and see if they were open. We started out and the wind was just pushing our truck all over the place. We could only drive about 40 miles an hour because we could barely see and control the truck. We just trusted in the Lord and kept going. It was only 7 miles to this town, but it seemed like 70. When we arrived there, the weather was totally different. It was not raining and there was no wind and the store was open.

We were praising the Lord and thanking Him for deliverance. We were not sure what we were going to be able to get, but God allowed us to get all our of supplies for our program (Praise the Lord). We were able to even get our gas for our truck some 30 cents cheaper because of the storm (What a Saviour we serve).

We headed back to 3ABN to start preparing our recipes for the program Monday. When we left West Frankfurt, IL my husband said that it didn’t look very good in the direction that we were headed. It looked like it did at Wal-Mart. As we drove the wind and rain started to pick up. We noticed that there were trees down everywhere. We kept going and the weather conditions were turning worse every second. Our truck was being pushed by the force of the wind and there were trees falling down right beside the road as we drove. They were snapping like toothpicks. There were trees on houses, on porches, in the middle of the road and even on power lines. We were in the middle of a bad storm, and we were praying that one of those trees would not take us out. We just kept going forward, trusting that the Lord would deliver us. It was one scary morning to say the least.

We arrived safely at 3ABN Headquarters thanks to God who is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We were in the middle of a bad storm, but our God was in the middle with us (Psalm 46) (Praise His Holy Name). The Lord of host is with us, the God of Jacob is our refuge (Psalm 46). There was a reason why God impressed my husband to read Psalm 46 that morning. God knew that we were going to go through a bad storm and that we would need some assurance in order to get through it. What a wonderful God we serve. He can be trusted and He is able to save to the uttermost (Amen).

We taped our program on Monday and had a wonderful time. Everything went so well and everyone enjoyed the food that we prepared. 3ABN is a very special place to us. It was so nice to see our dear friends again and to spend some time with them. 3ABN is like our home away from home. We think of the people there as family. We had a safe trip home and had a lot to talk about to all about our trip.

Me and my husband after taping "Country Home Cooking".  We had a great time doing this program.  It went very well and everyone really enjoyed the recipes that we did on this program.  God was truly with us and we Praise His Holy Name!

By God's help I was able to go back to 3ABN on April 17, 2009 to tape another "3ABN Today Program" entitled "Country Home Cooking" with my husband.  We taped the program on April 20, 2009 and had a really good time working together.  The program went very well and everyone at 3ABN really enjoyed all the recipes that we made.

We arrived safely on April 17, 2009 with God's help.  We had a really great Sabbath and heard a powerful message from Pastor C.A. Murray entitled "Arguing With God".  We enjoyed a great fellowship meal with the church and then got to go sing with some brothers and sisters at a Retirement Home for the elderly.  I truly had a blessed time, because I just love to sing and to see the faces of these dear people light up, makes it all worth while.  We really enjoyed our Sabbath at 3ABN.

Our dear friends Jill and Greg Morikone was so sweet to invite us to have breakfast with them at their home Sunday morning.  We just love these two so much and love to spend time with them when we can.  I was surprised to learn when we got their that they had invited Linda Johnson from "Tiny Tots" to join us.  This was truly a blessing from God.  I had been wanting to meet her, but never got the chance.  I know that God set all this up, just for me.  What a wonderful God we serve!  We had a delicious blueberry pancake breakfast with all types of toppings to go on top of our pancakes.  It was a special morning, because we got to share it with special people, who really do love the Lord.  I loved meeting Linda.  She is a wonderful person who is so sweet and kind.

We taped our program on Monday the 20th and everything went very well.  We all enjoyed the food that we made and had a great time eating it also.  I must say that I got a chance to schedule our grandson Malaki for a taping with Tiny Tots.  This was so unexpected and I know that God set this all up.  I also received a double blessing from God because I also got to meet Cinda from Tiny Tots.  Can you imagine getting to meet both Linda and Cinda and getting Malaki scheduled to do taping with Tiny Tots all in one visit.  All I can say is Praise the Lord!  Cinda was so sweet and loving.  Cinda and Linda are really wonderful people and I admire them for what they do for the Lord.  We always have a great time at 3ABN.  We have so many good friends at 3ABN and it makes going their feel like going home.  We really did not have any problems to speak of, and we just Praise the Lord for that.  Our God is wonderful and He does take care of His children. We arrived home safely and was thinking God for all that He did for us!

Larry and I getting ready to tape "Taste of Orient" in the 3ABN kitchen.  We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves.  God was with us during this taping!  We just praise His Holy name!

By God’s Amazing Grace and by His Wonderful Mercies I was able to go back to 3ABN on September 11, 2009 to tape another cooking program for 3ABN Today Program entitled “Taste of Orient.” The program was taped on September 14, 2009 and everything went very well, thanks to our Loving God. I was blessed again to have my husband on the program with me. We both had a wonderful time preparing for the program and cooking together. We always enjoy the opportunity to work together in the 3ABN kitchen.

We arrived safely on September 11, 2009 by God’s Grace. We were both anxious to see the new 3ABN kitchen that they built downstairs next to the studio. And it was totally awesome! We could not believe what we were looking at, because I really prayed for this for so long. Our God is so Good and He does answer His children's prayers. The new location of the kitchen really made it easier for us to unload our things and it made setting up for the program so much faster, safer and easier. We really enjoyed this new kitchen so much!

We were truly blessed to get to worship with Pastor Kenneth Cox on this trip. We really enjoyed his messages and all the wonderful music. It is always so special to us when we get the chance to worship with all our wonderful and dear sisters and brothers in the Thompsonville SDA Church. They are all really special to us and we are always so blessed when we go.

We had a very pleasant surprise when we found out that Paula and Curtis Akins were going to be at 3ABN taping some programs for Abundant Living. We have always wanted to meet them and to talk to them, but our schedules never worked out. But God worked it out for us this time and I just Praise His Holy Name!! We had a wonderful fellowship meal with them and spent about two hours talking about various things. It was so special to us to get the chance to meet them. They are truly some wonderful people who are dedicated servants for the Lord. It was truly a special and wonderful Sabbath Day. We were just blessed by everything that the Lord allowed us to do on His Holy Sabbath Day!

We got up early on Sunday to start preparing everything for our taping on Monday. It took almost all day to get everything ready for our taping. It is amazing just how much time it takes to do just one taping. We finished up and got a chance to spend some quality time with our real good friends Jill and Greg Morikone. They invited us over for some smoothies and fellowship and we just could not say no to their wonderful hospitality. They are really great friends who really love Jesus and we really love them. We had a great time with them that evening. It just always seems to short.

We taped our program on Monday and had a wonderful time. Everything went so well, thanks to our Heavenly Father. Everyone got a chance to sample the food that we prepared on the program. It look liked everyone really enjoyed all of the food. Praise the Lord!

After finishing up with the clean up and scheduling upcoming programs, we went and spent some time with Curtis and Paula as they were taping Abundant Living. It is just interesting to see what all goes on at 3ABN and to see how much work that is really involved in taping a program. We took some picture with them, said our good-byes and headed back to our room to pack for our trip home.

3ABN has a very special place in our hearts. It is always so nice to see all our dear friends and it is also extra nice to get to spend some time with them. 3ABN is like our home away from home. We feel so comfortable there and we think of the people there as part of our family. We had a safe trip home, despite running into a lot of rain. It was raining so hard that we could not even see the road at times. Interstate 40 was under water in some places. We just prayed a lot and God delivered us to our home safely. We do serve a wonderful and protecting God! As always, we had a lot to talk about to all about our trip.

Larry and I after we taped "Delicious Vegan Hot Dogs and Patties".  Doesn't the food look really yummy?  We really had a great time and we loved sharing all of these great dishes with everyone at 3ABN!

We were able to go back to 3ABN on March 22, 2010 and tape another 3ABN Program entitled "Delicious Vegan Hot Dogs and Patties" with God's wonderful and merciful help!   We are so thankful that we have a God that takes cares of us as we travel to 3ABN.  He is just so special to us and we really love Him!

We arrived safely on March 19, 2010 with God's help.  We unloaded things at the 3ABN kitchen that we brought, went to our guest room and unloaded our luggage and then went shopping for the items that we needed for the show.  We got everything done and settled in for the SABBATH!  The SABBATH is so wonderful and to be at 3ABN makes it a little more special to us when we are there.

We had a great SABBATH.  We enjoyed great fellowship with all of our dear brothers and sisters.  We had a great SABBATH meal at the church.  And we got to participate in a wonderful Communion Service at the Thompsonville SDA Church.  The SABBATH was truly a delightful day!

We spent all day Sunday preparing for the cooking show on Monday.  It is amazing just how much you have to do just for one show!  It is a lot of work, but it is so enjoying.  We are just so thankful that God allows us to work for Him at His ministry!

The taping went very well.  We really had fun and enjoyed ourselves so much!  Everyone really enjoyed the food and ate until they were full.  Praise the Lord!  God really blessed us that day!

Had a great trip home!  We were sad that we had to leave, but were glad to be at home again.  There is just something about home!  Like always, had a lot to share with everyone about our trip.  We cannot wait until we can go again and tape another program!  We love 3ABN and our brothers and sisters there!

Larry and I after we taped show # 1 "Thanksgiving All Year Around."  I just love working with my husband.  We had so much fun and really enjoyed ourselves.  Everything went so well and everyone got a chance to try out the finished products.  God is truly good!!!

Larry and I with all the finished products from show # 2 "Mexican Delight."  Had a great time with my hubby.  Everything turned out great and everyone really enjoy the dishes.  We thank God for His help!!!

On July 23, 2010 it was back to 3ABN to tape two cooking programs.  We usually tape only one program when we go to 3ABN, but this time we decided to try and tape two programs.  One on the 26th “Delicious Vegan Hot Dogs and Patties”, and one on the 27th “Mexican Delight.”  We were not sure if we could do this, because it takes a lot of work just to do one program.  We loaded up our truck on July 23, 2010 and headed for 3ABN.  We had a very nice and safe trip.  God really took good care of us.

Going to 3ABN this time was extra special because Pastor Ken Cox was going to be there doing his presentations.  We really enjoyed his programs, and we are so blessed when we can see them live.  We didn’t know that he would be there when we scheduled our trip.  God has a way of working things out, doesn’t He?

We arrived safely, and quickly unloaded our things that we were going to use for our cooking programs at 3ABN.  We dropped off our things at the guest quarters and headed to town to by the things that we would need to do the cooking programs.  We were in a hurry, because we did not want to miss Pastor Ken Cox.  We got everything done and made it to the presentation.  It was an excellent presentation and a great way to start the Sabbath.  We just praised God for all His goodness and for what He did for us that day!

We enjoy a wonderful and blessed Sabbath Day!  We were blessed by a wonderful Sabbath School and had another powerful presentation by Pastor Cox for the worship service.  We were able to meet a lot of dear friends and had a wonderful time in fellowship with them.  It is always great to see our dear friends when we go to 3ABN.  We got enjoy a wonderful lunch with Greg and Jill Morikone at their home.  We love them so much and really enjoy visiting them.  Our time with them seems to go by too quick.  We were blessed with two more presentations by Pastor Cox and we truly enjoyed every minute of each presentation.  Pastor Cox is a wonderful man, and the love of Jesus just shines all over him.

We got up early on Sunday morning and started preparing everything for our programs.  We had a lot too do, so we had to work fast.  We just love the new kitchen that 3ABN has now by the studio.  It makes everything a lot easier, and it seems like we get done faster.  It was a long day, but we finally wrapped up everything and went back to our room for some much needed rest.  Monday was going to be a long day!

We taped our first show on Monday the 26th and had a wonderful time.  Everything went really well.  God was really with us and we thank Him for watching over our program that morning.  We finished up in time for everyone to enjoy the food that we had prepared that morning.  We just love feeding the folks at 3ABN.  Everyone had plenty to eat, and it looked like they really enjoyed themselves.  We quickly cleaned up and started preparing for the show on Tuesday the 27th.  We put the finishing touch to everything and headed back to our room to enjoy some rest and get ready for Tuesday.

We taped our second show on Tuesday the 27th in the afternoon.  God blessed us again with a great taping.  Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed ourselves.  It is so nice working with the people at 3ABN.  The camera folks, the production crew and all at 3ABN are so nice and kind.  They really are fun to work with.  They make the taping's so enjoyable.  We finished our taping and got to feed everyone again.  It was a really good day and we had a really great time.  We cleaned up, packed up our things and enjoyed some fellowship with our friends before we headed back to our room to rest up for our journey home.

Our trip this time was absolutely wonderful!  God provided everything for us, and He was with us every step of the way.  We just cannot praise Him enough for what He has done in our lives.   He graciously allowed us to get home safely.  We were a little tired, but it sure felt good to be home again.  We love our trips to 3ABN, because we get a chance to meet our dear brothers and sisters that we love so much!  We cannot wait for our next trip.

Larry and I with all of the finished products from our show "Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.  What a great time we had together taping this program.  God really blessed us during our taping.

Larry and I with the finished products from our show "Energy Foods."  This show was a lot of fun and the food was really good!

By the grace of God, we were able to go back to 3ABN, and tape two more cooking programs on November 29 and 30, 2010.  We  departed for 3ABN on thanksgiving morning November 25, 2010.  We had to go a few days earlier in order to drop off our grandson at his mothers house and to give us enough time for the drive to 3ABN.  We always look forward to traveling to 3ABN, because it gives us the opportunity to worship with the Thompsonville SDA Church.  We are always so blessed by the worship service there!

When we left our home in Mena it was 70 degrees.  When we reached our daughters home the temperature had dropped to 34 degrees.  When we left our daughters home it started to sleet and the cars were covered with ice.  When we went through Springfield, Missouri we hit a blizzard and the roads were slushy and icy.  The wind was blowing about 80 miles per hour, and we could barley see where we were going, and we wondered if we were going to be able to get through it.  There were cars in ditches everywhere.  It seemed like we were the only ones on the road.  We sent up our prayers and called several brothers and sisters and ask them to pray for us.  We were really wondering if we should turn back, because of the road conditions and visibility.  We just slowed down to a crawl, and kept our faith in the Lord, and held on to His promise that He would never leave us, nor forsake us!  We held on to His wonderful hands and by His grace were able to get through that scary moment. We know that the devil hates us because we are working for God, and sharing His health message to the world.  The devil try’s to stop us every time, but we serve a mighty and powerful God, who can do all things.  If God be for us, who can be against us!  Our God is able!

We finally arrived at 3ABN and unloaded our things at the production studio, and then headed for our room.  We were exhausted, but we thanked God for delivering us through that terrible storm.  It was frightening to say the least, but our God got the victory that day!  Praise His Holy Name!

We did our shopping for the cooking programs on Friday and prepared a lot of dishes for our cooking shows.  The extra day of preparation really helped us a lot.  There is so much that you have to do, in order to prepare for the cooking shows.  Every moment is valuable.  We were just thankful that we had an extra day.

We thoroughly enjoyed the worship service at the Thompsonville SDA Church.  The church services really spiritually touched us as Pastor Lomacang delivered a powerful and blessed sermon.  The Spirit of God was truly in that place.

We taped our first program on the 29th and we really had a blast.  The title of the cooking show was “Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.”  Everything went very good.  We really love working with all at 3ABN.  They are all so kind, and wonderful.  It makes taping so much fun because of the pleasant atmosphere.  Everyone enjoyed all the food that we prepared for them.  We truly love feeding the folks at 3ABN.  After all had finished the food, we began preparing for the next day show.  Larry washed all the dishes from the show and I started preparing the ingredients and finished products for the next day.  We finally got finished and went back to our room for some much needed rest.

We taped our next program on the 30th and by the grace of God had a wonderful time.  God allowed everything to run so smoothly.  Our God truly is a wonderful God!   The title of the cooking show was “Energy Foods.”  We had so much fun working together on the set.  We fed everyone again and loved doing it.  There wasn’t anything left after they finished, so I guess that means they loved the food.  It was such a blessing doing the programs, and we loved every minute.  When we finished cleaning up, washing all the dishes and packing up, we headed back to our room to pack for our trip home.

We really had a great time and the programs went so well.  We truly thank everyone for all that they did for us during the taping of the programs.  The Spirit of God was truly in that place during our tapings!  God is a wonderful Father and He is so special to us!  It was so wonderful to see and visit all of our friends during this time.  We had a great time and had a safe trip home (Praise the Lord)!  We can not wait until we can go back and do it again!

Our God is truly so wonderful and loving.  By His grace He allowed us to go back to 3ABN to tape two more cooking shows for Him on March 21 and 22, 2011.  We are so blessed to have a Father that always takes care of us, and provides us with everything that we need.  We left on March 18, 2011 and had a very nice and safe trip to 3ABN.  God was truly with us!

We arrived and quickly unloaded our things at 3ABN and our guest room and headed to town to buy the things that we needed for the cooking shows.  We had to move quickly because we did not want to miss the series that Pastor John Lomacang was during entitled "Unclean Spirits."  We finished up with everything with the help of our Lord and made in to church in time.  We were so blessed by the message on Friday night.  There is just something about seeing the presentation in person.  The Holy Spirit was with Pastor Lomacang and he delivered the message with power and conviction.  Everyone didn't want him to stop.  We just could not wait until Sabbath worship to hear more about his subject on "Unclean Spirits."

We had a very nice Sabbath day.  We were blessed as Pastor Lomacang finished up his series on "Unclean Spirits" with two spirit filled sermons.  Everyone was amazed at what they learned and they didn't want him to stop.  We received such a blessing every time we come to 3ABN and worship at the Thompsonville SDA church.  We had a wonderful meal at the church and enjoy fellowship with all of our friends.  It was so good to see all of our friends.  We just love 3ABN!

We got up early on Sunday morning the 20th and headed to 3ABN to start preparing for our cooking show on Monday the 21th.  We had so much to do and really did not know where to begin.  Each show requires so much preparation and time.  By God grace we finished up the day and got everything finished.  We were tired, but glad to have all that behind us.  We really slept great that night!

We taped our first show "Korean Delight" on Monday the 21th and everything went so well.  Our God is wonderful!!!  We had so much fun, the food was so good, and everyone really enjoyed every bit of it.  We really enjoyed doing this show and had a lot of fun!  When the food was gone, it was back to work.  Larry washed all the dishes and I started preparing for the next days show!  We had a lot to do, but with the help of the Lord we finished up and headed back to our room for some much needed rest.  We were just so glad that we got to tape the show and were able to get everything ready for the following days show.  It is a lot of hard work, but in the end, it is all worth it!

We taped our second show "Party Foods" on the 22d and by the grace of God had a wonderful time.  Everything went as planned and had a lot of fun.  We have a God that we can truly count on!  The food was a big hit with 3ABN, because all said that they really liked every one of them!  We love to watch the reaction that comes when they taste the food.  They are so wonderful, and it is a pleasure to fix the food for them.  We were a little tired after the show, but had to clean up our mess, pack our things, say our good-byes, and go back to our room to rest up for our trip home.  We had a great time, but was ready to go home.

We have a very windy, but safe trip home.  It is always great going to 3ABN, but it is even greater to come home.  We were tired, but quickly unpacked our things and straighten everything for our next trip to 3ABN.  We had a great time and it was so good seeing all our of dear friends.  3ABN is our home away from home and we love all of the people there.  God was extremely good to us on this trip, and we praise and thank Him for all that He did for us! We could not of made this trip, done the things that we did, if it was not for our Heavenly Father, who provides for all our needs!!!
